Job Description

This role involves strategically leading key business accounts like Pharmexx, including building and conducting strategic meetings (JBP, channel review) with senior managers and directors. The manager will oversee key performance indicators, ensure excellent execution of strategies, analyze data for insights, maintain strong client relationships, identify opportunities, and collaborate internally and externally to achieve strategic goals, while continuously seeking process improvement.
Must have:
  • Manage and monitor key business KPIs, ensuring excellent strategy execution.
  • Focus on executing and aligning Haleon strategies with the client.
  • Analyze IQVIA and internal data for insights.
  • Develop and maintain close client relationships.
  • Identify opportunities and propose innovative solutions for brand performance.
  • Collaborate with internal areas and clients for smooth operations.
  • Challenge the status quo to improve processes and seek continuous growth.
  • Completed Higher Education
  • Intermediate English
  • Experience in serving the Pharmexx Group
  • Experience in leading a large distributor team
  • Experience in indirect channel sales (distribution, associativism, and small retail)
  • Proficiency in Office Suite and Power BI
  • Availability for Travel

Junior Special Accounts Manager (Indirect Pharma Channel - Pharmexx)

Ensure the strategic leadership of important business accounts such as (Pharmexx). Leading and building strategic meetings (JBP, channel review) with direct relationship with senior managers and directors of peer areas:

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor the main KPIs related to the business, ensuring excellence in the execution of the strategy designed for the client.
  • Focus on the execution and alignment of Haleon strategies with the client, ensuring that actions are in line with the company's objectives.
  • Analyze databases such as IQVIA and other internal data to generate insights.
  • Develop and maintain a close relationship with the client, promoting the efficient execution of agreed initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities and propose innovative solutions that guarantee brand performance.
  • Work collaboratively with internal areas and the client to keep the operation fluid and aligned with strategic goals.

Challenge the status quo whenever necessary, with the aim of improving processes and seeking continuous growth.

Your qualifications:

  • Completed Higher Education;
  • Languages required for this position: English: Intermediate
  • Experience in serving the Pharmexx Group;
  • Experience in leading a large distributor team;
  • Experience in sales in the indirect channel (distribution, associativism and small retail);
  • Office Suite and Power BI;
  • Availability for Travel;
