The Regional Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) at Haleon works closely with Regional Talent Acquisition Leaders, Talent Partner, HR colleagues and candidates, to ensure a best-in-class recruitment process and effective management of administrative tasks across the end-to-end hiring lifecycle.
Must have:
  • Demonstrated command of Talent Acquisition hiring processes and the administrative steps that support the end-to-end journey.
  • Knowledge of regional hiring compliance.
  • C1 in English, French and Arabic
Good to have:
  • Demonstrated knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Prior experience with Workday, Eightfold are added advantage

About the role

The Regional Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) at Haleon works closely with, Regional Talent Acquisition Leaders, Talent Partner, HR colleagues and candidates, to ensure a best-in-class recruitment process and effective management of administrative tasks across the end-to-end hiring lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Talent Acquisition Coordination end-to-end processes including but not limited to; ATS job administration and compliance, interview scheduling, background checks, offer management, pre-boarding, and onboarding activities.
  • Coordinate recruitment schedules and activities via Eightfold.
  • Initiate, Audit & Report on Employment Background check verification.
  • Employment Agreement preparation.
  • Analysis of regional data to identify opportunities for improvement.
