Job Description

The Key Lead at Hollister is responsible for ensuring customers receive a quality in-store experience by acting as the Floor Supervisor. This role involves providing guidance and coaching to Brand Representatives and Stock Associates, ensuring efficient store operations, and contributing to store performance through customer experience and achievement of daily sales targets. Key responsibilities include opening and closing routines, product knowledge, business understanding, proactive thinking, attention to detail, point-of-sale operations, asset protection, visual displays, system skills, and adhering to work schedule requirements, including availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. The role is part-time, with expected hours between 12-16 per week, increasing during peak periods.

Job Description

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience. They do this by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates ensuring store operations are running effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

•Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 12-16 hours per week.
•Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays.
•In addition, during peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.

Qualifications

What it Takes

Education- High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred
Retail Experience- At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
Supervisor/ Managerial Experience- No supervisory/ management experience is required.

The starting rate for this position is $20.00 per hour (i.e., the recruiting pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 per hour). The starting rate and range may be modified in the future
