Job Description

The Stock Associate is responsible for maintaining merchandise flow, filling, and presentation standards within the store and stockroom. This role typically involves three to four shifts per week, averaging four to five hours per shift, with the possibility of more or less depending on business needs and seasonal demands. Stock Associates may be required to work most Saturdays and some Sundays, especially during peak holiday seasons. Key responsibilities include contributing to customer experience, store presentation, sales floor operations, stockroom management, communication, asset protection, and adherence to policies and procedures. They will also participate in training and development opportunities.

Job Description

The starting rate for this position is $15.49 per hour (i.e., the recruiting pay range for this position is $15.49 - $15.49 per hour). The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
