Job Description

The Key Lead at Hollister ensures a quality in-store customer experience by supervising Brand Reps and Stock Associates, overseeing operations, and driving sales performance. This part-time role requires at least 12-16 hours per week, including weekends and holidays, with increased hours during peak times. Candidates should have strong customer focus, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with an understanding of retail operations and fashion trends. A High School Diploma/G.E.D. and at least one year of retail experience are preferred.
Must have:
  • Ensure all customers receive quality in-store experience
  • Act as the Floor Supervisor

Job Description

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience. They do this by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates ensuring store operations are running effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

  • Education- High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred
  • Retail Experience- At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.

The starting rate for this position is $24.30 per hour (i.e., the recruiting pay range for this position is $24.30 - $24.30 per hour). The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
