Job Description

The Stock Associate at Hollister Co. is responsible for maintaining efficient merchandise flow, filling, and presentation standards across the store and stockroom. This part-time role typically involves three to four shifts per week, each lasting four to five hours, with potential for more during peak seasons and required weekend work. Key responsibilities include ensuring a positive customer experience, managing store presentation, handling stockroom operations, communication, asset protection, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Must have:
  • Maintain effectiveness of merchandise flow, filling and presentation standards.
  • Work three to four shifts per week, each about four to five hours.
  • Be available to work most Saturdays and some Sundays.
  • Work during weeks of peak holiday seasons.
  • Ensure positive customer experience.
  • Manage store presentation and sales floor.

Job Description
