As part of the Global Proposal Management team, you will be a key player in supporting the business's growth by overseeing the development, organization, and optimization of knowledge assets related to Request for Proposal processes. This role bridges proposal management and knowledge management, ensuring that our teams have access to accurate, up-to-date, and reusable content to respond to client requests efficiently and effectively.
As Knowledge Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day processes of running Responsive, our Knowledge Management repository and RFP response tool. You will engage knowledge owners across the business to ensure content is regularly reviewed, updated, and removed as necessary with new content added as our solutions evolve. You’ll also provide insight from analytics derived from the use of the system to better our capability to respond to RFPs.
This highly networked role requires working under pressure, meeting challenging deadlines, where you will hit the ground running. Agility and flexibility are key skills, as is proven experience working with multiple geographically located teams.

While the full salary range for this role is 79,000-118,500/year, the expected hiring range for this opening is $79,000 –$105,000, depending on experience and budget availability. We use national and industry-specific survey data to assist in determining compensation. Additionally, we consider factors such as external market rate, budget for the role, and the compensation rates of current employees performing the same function. Some roles will have variable pay.
