Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on and strategic L&D Program Owner to lead and develop Educational Programs within the Learning & Development function. This role is instrumental in shaping initiatives that bridge external education efforts, internal learning pipelines, and organizational talent needs. You will own the vision, operations, and stakeholder alignment for educational initiatives, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners. From strategy to execution, you'll ensure programs deliver real value to both the business and learners. Responsibilities include defining strategy, managing operations, collaborating with HR teams, driving communication, and measuring program impact.
Must have:
  • Define and execute the strategy and roadmap for Educational Programs.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage program operations.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, HRBPs, and Learning teams.
  • Drive clear and consistent communication.
  • Measure impact and outcomes of programs and use data to continuously improve them.
  • Oversee and optimize use of LMS and learning tools.
  • Support and lead cross-functional projects.
Good to have:
  • Experience in global or multi-site educational initiatives
  • Understanding of early talent ecosystems, university partnerships, or tech education trends
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) from a strategic, programmatic point of view

We are seeking a hands-on and strategic L&D Program Owner to lead and develop our Educational Programs within the Learning & Development function. This role is instrumental in shaping initiatives that bridge external education efforts, internal learning pipelines, and organizational talent needs. You will own the vision, operations, and stakeholder alignment for educational initiatives, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners. From strategy to execution, you'll ensure our programs deliver real value to both the business and learners.

What will you do?

  • Define and execute the strategy and roadmap for Educational Programs in alignment with organizational goals
  • Serve as the primary liaison for stakeholders, including senior leaders, business units, and cross-functional teams
  • Lead and manage program operations—from partner collaboration and application flows to onboarding and delivery
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, HRBPs, and Learning teams to embed educational initiatives into the broader talent ecosystem
  • Drive clear and consistent communication, ensuring alignment and engagement across all levels of the business
  • Measure impact and outcomes of programs and use data to continuously improve them
  • Oversee and optimize use of LMS and learning tools to support structured, impactful educational journeys
  • Support and lead cross-functional projects tied to external partnerships, internal academies, or strategic talent pipelines

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Program Manager, or Project Lead within Learning & Development, education, or talent-focused roles
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with senior and executive leadership
  • Strong project management abilities, with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach
  • Demonstrated success in designing or managing educational, academic, or training programs
  • Ability to navigate and influence in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in using data to inform decisions

What additional skills will help you stand out?

  • Experience in global or multi-site educational initiatives
  • Understanding of early talent ecosystems, university partnerships, or tech education trends
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) from a strategic, programmatic point of view

Work mode

  • Hybrid (2-3 days of work from the office)
  • This role isn't eligible for relocation & immigration support.
