You’ll help us identify and source the best instructors, develop learning and performance improvement solutions across traditional and virtual classroom environments, and consult with other areas of the Firm to ensure our curriculums and initiatives support the PwC strategy.Responsibilities
As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above
- Train and lead staff
- Establish effective working relationships directly with clients
- Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
- Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
- Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
- Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand
The primary responsibilities of the L&D Senior Associate II are the design, facilitation, and analysis of learning & development activities and interventions. Secondary responsibility includes institutional marketing of L&D interventions, online content development, and L&D technology implementation.
- Translate identified learning and development needs into program or course summaries, training activity plans, and training materials.
- Translate identified trainee competencies into training activities.
- Facilitate training during the implementation of the program/course.
- Gather and analyze data on the learning and development needs of the firm.
- Develop training materials, including videos, instructor guides, online content and participant manuals.
- Draft and maintain L&D marketing and communications (Email, Spark, Signpost)
- Curate online and offline training resources.
