L2 Cloud Operations Engineer

At Revolgy, we’re looking for an L2 Cloud Operations Engineer to ensure our customers’ systems run smoothly, stay secure, and continually evolve to meet modern demands. This role involves resolving incidents, crafting robust monitoring solutions, and implementing new requests—all while collaborating with experienced cloud professionals and partners like AWS.

Location 🌍 Remote position open to candidates in Europe.

What will you do? 🔧

• Monitor client infrastructures, enhance alerting policies and promptly react to issues.
• Diagnose root causes of technical problems and implement long-term fixes.
• Deploy Revolgy services for new customers and recommend improvements for existing setups.
  
• Drive the development of internal services, ensuring they remain modern and effective.
• Collaborate with customers and provider counterparts to integrate best practices and new technologies.
  
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and resolutions.
• Work with internal teams to share insights, resolve incidents, and improve overall service quality.
  

What You Bring 🎯

• Proven experience with AWS (DevOps, Cloud Engineer, or Solutions Architect certifications are ideal).
• Familiarity with infrastructure provisioning tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, Docker, etc.).
• Ability to set up CI/CD pipelines from scratch.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, GKE/EKS, and container orchestration.
  
• Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and alerting platforms (PagerDuty, Splunk).
• Understanding of scripting or programming languages (Python, Go, Scala).
• Strong troubleshooting skills; adept at root cause analysis.
• Clear, concise, and proactive communicator—both with clients and team members.
