LDD

They are expected to use original thought and judgment and supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers. They build skills and expertise in their software engineering discipline to meet role expectations. They collaborate with other software engineers and stakeholders. The role requires over a year of experience and a solid understanding of programming concepts, software design, and development principles. The engineer works with minimal supervision, delivers accurate results, manages their time effectively, collaborates with the team, and makes decisions based on understanding of the situation.
