We are looking for a passionate leader and analyst with a problem-solving mindset that is ready to find unique solutions in the marketing industry. Our Analytics Team sits at the center of the agency, powering all aspects of a client's strategy, messaging, content creation, and media activation. This team is driving our client's our goals throughout the convergence planning process.
The Analytics Team is a collaborative and dynamic group responsible for all aspects of data collection, reporting, and analysis to optimize media and integrate technology, ultimately driving business results. This includes developing and managing methodologies for tracking, identifying, and solving issues, interpreting and presenting campaign results and insights, and working towards a data-driven analysis approach for clients.
As member of the team, you will help provide leadership, project management, in-depth reporting, insights, and optimization solutions. You are expected to participate in the business, engaged and contributing ideas and insights to further clients' our goals. You will be capable of managing multiple projects, tasks, and people simultaneously. You will be intellectually curious, able to mine data to answer complex questions, and capable and confident to clearly communicate findings to executives.
RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Lead meetings with product owners and partners to present media performance results, create measurement plans, KPIs and optimization strategies
- Collaborate with multiple team members and stakeholders to successfully capture all their analytics needs, activate them in our proprietary reporting/insights ecosystem and successfully deliver actionable insights to clients
- Observe, analyze and report on digital media campaigns and provide recommendations for optimization
- Collaborate to develop the creation of tools and techniques to optimize media performance to drive brand consideration and performance of important marketing activities
- Lead and coordinate the development and implementation of reporting dashboards
- Have the ability to set up appropriate testing scenarios to determine main insights and answers to important business questions
- Regularly prepare, present, explain in detail and defend media performance results to internal stakeholders and clients
- Develop presentations, overviews, and tactical POVs that will meet and exceed client expectations
- Resolve issues, know when to and to whom to escalate
- Manage multiple deliverables and transition among them
- Promote the data driven decision making culture across the company and with the clients
- You will report to Senior Analytics Manager
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree – with a concentration in advertising/marketing, business, engineering or statistics/mathematics
- 4+ years experience as a digital media analyst or specialist in media planning, consumer research, account planning, marketing, or media research
- Experience leading technical projects across teams with multiple partners
- Very proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint. SQL Server and/or Tableau experience preferred
- Experience with survey development, digital campaign and/or creative analysis (display, mobile, social media, search and/or email) preferred
- Experience with web analytics tools or digital creative optimization is a plus (CJA)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
- Prior knowledge of DFA/DCM, DS3, Prisma, media tagging, SQL queries, and other marketing and research friendly tools is preferred
- Experience in the B2B industry
- Expertise presenting analytics and research findings and recommendations
- Expertise working directly with clients, and managing expectations and projects to ensure all needs are addressed
- Must be a detail oriented, curious, pro-active problem solver
The annual salary range for this position is $78,000-$126,500. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
