WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US  

The Lead Business Analyst will play a crucial role within the Business Operations team, focusing on deal reviews and profitability. This role involves overseeing cost modeling, deal reviews, service level profitability and managing pipeline data quality.

This role involves close collaboration with Service Owners, Service Delivery Managers(SDM), Customer Success Manager(CSM) and Commercial Operations to align on deal reviews and a forecasting process based on quality data inputs.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Pipeline Data Quality: Maintain accurate and timely pipeline data to support forecasting and decision-making.
• Order Inflow and ARR Reporting: Track and report on order inflow and annual recurring revenue to monitor business performance.
• Deal Reviews: Facilitate reviews of key deals and ensure alignment across Delivery Organization, Commercial, and Finance.
• Cost Modeling & Calibration: Refine cost models to reflect current delivery economics and support pricing decisions.
• Service Level Profitability Analysis: Analyze profitability at the service level to identify optimization opportunities and improve margins.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to optimize operations.​
• Data: Enabling the organization to make better decisions through high quality data standards and continuous improvement

WHAT WE VALUE

• 5+ years of relevant experience, in finance, business performance, or a technology-enabled environment
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills (English Language) with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
• Demonstrated expertise in utilizing tools including PowerBI, SQL, VBA, macros, Excel, and financial modeling
• Ability to manage one's own tasks, multiple priorities, and drive initiatives from concept to execution
• Comfortable communicating complex ideas in a clear and engaging way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• An analytical mindset characterized by curiosity and problem-solving
• Collaborative and eager to learn new skills, with a willingness to grow and support others in a changing and evolving environment
• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related analytical or technical field is required
