Must Have
- Provide guidance and direction to other game designers
- Design, evaluate, and refine original mathematical frameworks, payout structures, and feature mechanics for EGM
- Collaborate with creative and technical teams to align math-driven systems with themes and player experience goals
- Review in-development game builds to validate gameplay logic, balance, and quality
- Perform probability analysis, verification, and model validation
- Prepare, maintain, and organize design documentation and calculation files
- Contribute to additional design initiatives and support tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a closely related quantitative discipline
- Six or more years of professional experience designing and developing games
- Advanced working knowledge of probability, statistics, and applied mathematics within game systems
- Demonstrated ability to originate game concepts and translate them into complete mathematical models
- Track record of contributing to successful, market-released entertainment products
- Strong collaboration skills with leadership, creative, and engineering teams
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, creatively driven environment
- Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, accountable, and highly detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Practical experience using tools such as Excel, Word, and development environments like Visual Studio

As the Lead Game Designer, you will play a senior role in shaping original game concepts, defining probability models, and ensuring design quality from early ideation through development, testing, and regulatory readiness. This role blends hands on design ownership with leadership responsibility in a fast moving, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and direction to other game designers as projects require
- Design, evaluate, and refine original mathematical frameworks, payout structures, and feature mechanics for electronic gaming machines (EGM).
- Collaborate with creative and technical teams to align math driven systems with themes, features, and player experience goals
- Review in development game builds to validate gameplay logic, balance, and overall quality
- Partner with fellow designers to perform probability analysis, verification, and model validation
- Prepare, maintain, and organize all required design documentation and calculation files for internal use and external regulatory review
- Contribute to additional design initiatives and support tasks as business priorities evolve
