Lead Java Full Stack Developer

Infosys is seeking a Lead Java Full Stack Developer. This role involves providing technical expertise, coordinating deliverables, assisting in technical design of large business systems, building applications and interfaces, and understanding data security. The candidate will research technologies, recommend solutions, contribute to best practices, and guide the team during build and test phases, focusing on reliability, cost-effectiveness, performance, data integrity, maintainability, and scalability.

Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Experience in Java, Spring boot, Microservices, Spring Security, REST, SOAP, backend design patterns.
• Experience in Databases (Aurora MySQL, Aurora Postgress, SQL Server).
• Experience in Angular/React, Agile/Scrum.
• Authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship.

Good to Have

• At least 4 years of experience in Agile/Scrum, Java, Spring boot, AWS, Terraform.
• At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle.
• At least 4 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance/Production Support projects.
• At least 2 years of experience in Design patterns and architecture.
• Strong communication and Analytical skills.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

This position’s primary responsibility will be to provide technical expertise and coordinate for day to day deliverables for the team. The chosen candidate will assist in the technical design of large business systems; builds applications, interfaces between applications, understands data security, retention, and recovery. The role holder should be able to research on technologies independently to recommend appropriate solutions & should contribute to technology-specific best practices & standards; contribute to success criteria from design through deployment, including, reliability, cost-effectiveness, performance, data integrity, maintainability and scalability; contributes expertise on significant application components, program languages, databases, operating systems, etc., and guides/mentors the team during the build and test phases.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• Candidate can be located within commuting distance of specified locations in Bridgewater/ Pennington/ Princeton, NJ and Chesterbrook, PA. This position may require relocation and/or travel to project locations.

Estimated annual compensation range for candidate based in the below locations will be:

Bridgewater, NJ- 76,071 to 98,892
