The role involves establishing and executing systematic collaboration and decision-making processes from sourcing and investment stages to publishing agreements. This includes planning and operating test and evaluation processes, designing and optimizing collaboration between publishing groups and studios, and planning and operating the final decision-making process for publishing. The role also involves building a framework for publishing terms and negotiations to enhance efficiency and manage risks systematically.
