The PUBG IP Franchise East Department is responsible for PUBG services in the Asian region.
We plan business, establish strategies, and execute actions for the successful long-term service of PUBG in Asian regions such as China, Korea, and Southeast Asia.
Introducing the mission you will undertake with our team.
- Live service operation for PUBG IP in the Japan region
- Proceed with localization (L10N) of JP language content and announcements
- Operate and monitor SNS/community channels (e.g., X, Discord) for Japanese users
- Weekly KPI summary and basic operational performance reporting
We want to grow with someone who has this experience! (Required qualifications)
- Understanding of global game products, including business, operations, and marketing, with 2+ years of experience in the game industry.
- Native-level Korean/Japanese writing and language proficiency.
- Experience in game content localization or game-related translation.
- Experience in translating and quality checking content announcements, newsletters, and patch notes.
- Familiarity with LiveOps (live operations) tasks (e.g., emergency issue response, regular maintenance announcements).
- Experience operating owned channels (e.g., SNS posting, community management).
- No disqualification for overseas business trips.

- Business-level English proficiency.
- Experience with PUBG or shooting games.
- Experience in digital marketing / streaming / content work in the Japan region.
- Experience communicating with local users based on an understanding of Japanese local game community/SNS culture.
