Introducing our team (project).
Our team is an experienced team that has operated mobile games with cumulative sales of over 500 billion KRW. We are currently preparing a new challenge to produce a subculture mobile game at KRAFTON and are looking for talented colleagues to join us in developing a new game.
The game we are making is..

- Cheerful and light anime-style game
- Game equipped with attractive content that subculture genre gamers can enjoy
※ This project is scheduled to be spun off into a separate entity within 2025.

- Combat planning for subculture mobile games
We want to grow with someone who has these experiences! (Required Qualifications)
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Understanding and interest in subculture games and mobile game market
- Ability to concretize planning intentions and communicate them persuasively
- Ability to communicate smoothly with various job groups
- No disqualification for overseas business trips
If you have these experiences, you are the one we are looking for! (Preferred Qualifications)
- Broad and objective understanding of subculture
- Experience playing character collection games with deep immersion and affection
- Ability to analytically play various genres of games
- Experience in initial design of combat systems
- Experience participating in new game development
- Experience participating in subculture game development
