Job Description

The Workplace Team at KRAFTON is responsible for creating, operating, and supporting the work environment. They are a team of experts who proactively respond to changes, learn, and grow together. The mission for this role includes managing document handling (parcels, registered mail, quick mail), office supplies and medicine, and facility management (meeting rooms, PC rooms, air conditioning, ventilation, DID, interpretation rooms, lighting).
Good To Have:
  • Experience in general affairs support for mid-sized/large corporations or IT industry desk work (3+ years).
  • Proficiency in foreign languages (English) is preferred.
Must Have:
  • Manage internal member parcels, registered mail, and quick mail.
  • Manage office supplies and medicines in OA rooms and storage areas on each floor.
  • Manage facilities such as meeting rooms, in-house PC rooms, air conditioners, building ventilation, DID, interpretation rooms, and lighting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proactive and smooth communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and meticulousness.
  • Time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Responsible and diligent attitude.
  • No disqualification for overseas business trips.

  • Responsible and diligent attitude: A responsible and diligent attitude to complete assigned tasks is important.
  • No disqualification for overseas business trips.

  • Experience in general affairs support for mid-sized/large corporations or IT industry desk work (3+ years).

  • Document Screening > Phone Interview > Technical Fit Interview > Culture Fit Interview > Offer and Onboarding
