As a Customer Service Advisor, reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you play a key role in assisting clients by managing reception, cash transactions, financing, product collection, after-sales service, loyalty programs, and optimizing the sales area.

Must Have

  • Welcome clients quickly and assist them professionally for guaranteed satisfaction.
  • Process payments by following procedures for a smooth experience.
  • Simplify financing by creating dossiers and providing clear answers.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you play a key role in helping our customers.
