Job Description

Our Free stores continue to develop and we are looking for a new manager for our store in Soissons.

Being a Manager with us means guaranteeing a unique experience for our subscribers in store but also for our advisors!

• You will ensure a positive work atmosphere to maintain your team's commitment and motivation.
• As a field manager, you will provide the best welcome and be the ambassador of the Free brand to visitors to offer them the best quality of service.
• You will monitor various indicators to track your store's progress.
• You will take part in cross-functional projects and the company's growth.

Qualifications

You are a true manager-coach, attentive to your teams as well as subscribers, and your ability to unite is well-proven.

Organized and dynamic by nature, you know how to manage unforeseen events and you have a taste for challenge.

Have you already managed a team for at least 2 years and are you now ready to discover new horizons?

You will join the Soissons store under the responsibility of Marion, your Regional Manager. In a pleasant and innovative work environment, our terminals, tablets, and various internal tools will be your best allies to support your team and provide your advice to our subscribers!

What's next?

1. 1. Call and HR interview with Manon, our Recruitment Officer

2. Second interview with Marion, your future Regional Manager

3. Final interview with Manuel, your Zone Manager

4. It's time for your training! You start with 2 days of e-learning + 1 week of initial training to discover the Free universe. Then, you move on to practice with two weeks of immersion in store.
