Free Distribution is seeking a Boutique Manager for its Montbéliard store. The role involves ensuring a unique experience for subscribers and advisors, fostering a positive work environment, and acting as a brand ambassador. The manager will track performance indicators and participate in company projects. Candidates should be experienced manager-coaches with strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, having managed a team for at least 2 years.

• You will monitor various indicators to track your store's progress.

Qualifications

You are a true manager-coach, attentive to your teams as well as subscribers, and your ability to unite is well-proven.

Organized and dynamic by nature, you know how to manage unforeseen events and have a taste for challenge.

Have you already managed a team for at least 2 years and are now ready to discover new horizons?

You will join the store under the responsibility of Oualid, your Regional Manager. In a pleasant and innovative work environment, our terminals, tablets, and various internal tools will be your best allies to support your team and provide advice to our subscribers!

What's next?

1. Call and HR interview with Manon, our Recruitment Officer

2. Second interview with Oualid, your future Regional Manager

3. Final interview with Manu, your Zone Manager

4. Time for your training! You start with 2 days of e-learning + 1 week of initial training to discover the Free universe. Then, you move on to practice with two weeks of immersion in store.
