Must Have
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday configuration, reporting, and security administration.

- Direct experience managing and launching at least two full Performance Review cycles in Workday.
- Solid understanding of Workday Business Process Framework and security architecture.
- Experience supporting UAT and Workday bi-annual release cycles (R1 & R2).
- Ability to analyze complex HR data and translate it into actionable insights for stakeholders.
Good to Have
- Experience supporting integrations with Payroll, Benefits, or other HR vendor platforms.
- Exposure to global HR operations and enterprise HR data governance practices.

Job Description
Workday Configuration & Talent Management
- Lead configuration, administration, and ongoing support of Workday Core HCM and Talent modules.
- Act as the primary Workday administrator, ensuring real-time alignment with organizational and structural changes.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Performance Review processes, including template design, testing, launch, monitoring, completion, and archival.
- Partner with HR Business Partners to translate talent strategies into scalable and compliant Workday configurations.
- Provide hyper-care and end-user support during critical annual and mid-year performance cycles.
- Optimize Workday Business Process (BP) frameworks to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage security, talent management, reporting, and business process configuration with a strong focus on data governance.
System Integrity, Security & Maintenance
- Monitor and maintain HRIS data integrity, accuracy, and compliance across all Workday modules.
- Perform weekly data audits using custom and advanced reports to proactively identify and resolve inconsistencies.
- Administer role-based and user-based security groups, ensuring strict adherence to data privacy and access control standards.
- Support system maintenance activities including testing, validation, and deployment of Workday R1 and R2 releases.
- Execute and validate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts for enhancements, fixes, and Workday releases.
- Document configuration changes, process updates, and create internal “How-To” guides for HR users.
Reporting & Cross-Functional Integration
- Design, build, and maintain custom Workday reports using Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Advanced, and Matrix reports.
- Schedule and distribute critical operational and leadership reports for HR, Finance, and executive stakeholders.
- Leverage Calculated Fields to automate complex business logic and data transformations.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to support integrations between Workday and downstream systems such as Payroll and Benefits providers.
- Assist in troubleshooting data flow issues and ensure accurate data exchange across systems.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
Technical & Functional Skills
