Job Description

The AI Transformation Team aims to convert Krafton's operations and services to AI-based systems, focusing on AI's value in the gaming industry. They are building an AI-driven work environment using Agentic Systems to automate complex tasks. Key missions include improving user workflows, developing a central platform for LLM and Agent use, building large-scale Agent infrastructure, and creating a BI dashboard for AI performance tracking.
Good To Have:
  • Experience utilizing LLMs such as LangChain, OpenAI API
  • Experience in designing/developing Tool Calling and Agentic Workflows
  • Experience using latest Agent frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI
  • Experience in designing in-house tool/system integration and automation
  • Experience in building systems within the game industry or digital content organizations
  • Continuously following up on the latest AI domain technologies and tools and applying them to own workflows
Must Have:
  • Full lifecycle experience in software engineering, from front-end to back-end and infrastructure deployment/monitoring.
  • Ability to define and solve problems through communication with diverse roles and hierarchies.
  • Experience in defining and solving problems with an experimental approach in uncertain environments.
  • Capability to understand and document system architecture.
  • Proficiency in writing and interpreting English-based technical documents.

The AI Transformation Team is an organization established for Krafton's AI transformation. Its goal is to transform the work of all employees and Krafton's services into AI-based ones.

We focus on the changes and values that AI will bring to the industry and organization rather than the technology itself. Through this, we discover the potential of AI within the game industry and contribute to further strengthening Krafton's global competitiveness.

We are creating an AI-based work environment that connects internal systems and various work tools through Agentic System, automating complex tasks based on user commands.

Missions to Accomplish with Our Team

  • Analyze and improve internal user workflows to solve common problems and promote groundbreaking productivity improvements.
  • Configure a central platform environment for easier and safer use of common tools (MCP), LLM, and Agents.
  • Build large-scale Agent execution infrastructure and workflow transplantation (participating in all areas of FE, BE, Infra).
  • Develop a BI dashboard to view company-wide AI usage status and performance at a glance.

We want to grow with someone who has these experiences! (Required Qualifications)

  • Software Engineering: Full lifecycle experience from FE → BE → infrastructure deployment/monitoring.
  • Communication Skills: Leading problem definition and resolution through dialogue with various job roles and hierarchies.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Experience defining and solving problems with an experimental approach in uncertain environments.
  • Ability to understand and document system architecture.
  • Ability to write and interpret English-based technical documents.
  • No disqualification for overseas business trips.
