Introducing Our Team (Project)

Our team is an experienced team that has operated mobile games with cumulative sales of over 500 billion KRW.

Currently, we are preparing for a new challenge at KRAFTON: developing a subculture mobile game,

and we are looking for talented colleagues to join us in new game development.

The game we are making is...

• A mobile collectible RPG game
• A cheerful and light anime-style game
• A game equipped with attractive content that subculture genre gamers can enjoy

※ This project is scheduled to be spun off into a separate entity within 2025.

Introducing the Mission You Will Undertake with Our Team.

• Planning general settings such as characters, events, and backgrounds
• Designing and directing main/sub scenario structures, and writing scripts

We want to grow with someone who has these experiences! (Required Qualifications)

• Those with 3 or more years of relevant work experience
• Those with a basic understanding of and interest in mobile games
• Those with an interest in the subculture market and sufficient knowledge of subculture narratives
• Those with no disqualification for overseas business trips

If you have these experiences, you are the one we are looking for! (Preferred Qualifications)

• Those knowledgeable in classical narratives (e.g., Bible, mythology) frequently used in subculture grammar
• Those interested in modern SF/fantasy narratives
• Those with experience in writing/scenario
• Those proficient in using Figma

To join KRAFTON's challenge, the following recruitment process is required.

• Document Screening > *Assignment Screening > Practical Interview (Technical Fit Interview) > Final Interview (Culture Fit Interview) > Acceptance and Onboarding
