MissionForce is seeking an exceptional Q4 Engineering lead to lead Performance engineering for our mission-critical platform, overseeing both MissionForce proprietary applications and Salesforce Public Sector Solutions on the Government Cloud platform. This role serves the US Department of Defense, US Federal Government agencies, and Intelligence Community, demanding a strong quality leader who will provide technology leadership and drive engineering excellence across our government-focused SaaS applications.
You will lead performance and scale practices across teams that deliver transformative solutions across Salesforce Government Cloud Plus, Government Cloud Plus - Defense, and current/future Top Secret authorized environments. This position requires deep understanding of the Salesforce platform ecosystem and government-specific applications including Benefit Management, License & Permit Management, Grantmaking, Emergency Response Management, and Inspections, while ensuring organizational compliance with FedRAMP High, DoD Impact Level 4/6, and other critical frameworks.
As the performance and scale lead, you are crucial in driving performance and scalability efforts by influencing the design and architecture of MissionForce’s ground-breaking new product.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $200,800 to $276,100.
