Job Description
The Opportunity
Most AI companies are building “Chat with PDF” wrappers. Braigent is building the operating system for agentic AI.
Compute limits scale, but context limits trust and understanding. Reliable agents cannot exist on noisy inputs. The true bottleneck for the agentic future is high-fidelity, structured context that understands you and your world, professionally and personally.
We are fixing this. By feeding agents a proprietary personal-and-professional Ontology — not just the open internet — we are building systems that don’t just chat, but plan, reason, and execute. We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager who wants to build the engine (the platform), the economy (the marketplace), and the business (pricing & GTM).
How You’ll Make an Impact
As our Lead Product Manager, you won’t just manage a backlog — you will define how we package intelligence as a product and shape the core systems powering agentic AI. You will:
- Turn Tech into Product: Our engineers are building powerful “Microbrains” (specialised agents). Your job is to transform raw capability into something usable, sellable, and sticky — defining the use cases that actually matter.
- Own the “Price Tag”: Usage-based? Subscription? Token credits?
You will define the monetisation strategy and work with Product Marketing to position us not just as a tool, but as a new labour force.
- Solve the Trust Problem: How does a user trust an AI to negotiate a contract or organise their inbox? You’ll design feedback loops and Human-in-the-Loop workflows to make our agents reliable, not just impressive.
- Build the Flywheel: You are designing a two-sided ecosystem. You need to figure out what makes creators want to build agents on Braigent, and what makes users want to buy them.
The Three Hardest Problems You Will Face
1. The “Blank Page” Problem : We’re building things without reference implementations. You will invent the UX patterns for agentic AI from scratch.
2. Balancing Quality vs Cost: Reasoning is expensive. You will make trade-offs between model performance, latency, and margins.
3. Adoption Friction: Changing how people work is hard. You will obsess over reducing time-to-value so users get value in seconds, not hours.
What We Think You’ll Need to Succeed
We don’t care about your degree. We care about your shipping record.
- You are a Commercial Product Leader: You’ve owned a P&L or revenue number. You know that “Cool Tech” ≠ “Good Product.”. You focus on utility, retention, and willingness to pay.
- You have Taste: You know what a great product feels like. You sweat details around copy, latency, and design quality. You refuse to ship something that feels clunky, even if it "meets the requirements."
- You are a Simplifier: You can translate concepts like “Vector Database Ontology” into plain English for sales or customers.
- You have GTM Scars: You’ve worked with PMMs to launch products. You know that the launch is just the starting line, and the real work happens in the iteration.
What Gameopedia Can Offer
- An attractive compensation package, which includes comprehensive health insurance, paid parental leave, a solid pension plan and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), so you can share in our growth and success.
- Hybrid work is cool with us! Just don’t be a stranger. We’d love to see you in the office a couple of days a week so we remember what you look like (and so you remember we’re actually three-dimensional people). When you swing by, you’ll find us right next to Lillestrøm train station — just a quick 10-minute ride from Oslo S!
- A passionate team that’s shaping the future of gaming! Plus, you’ll get to say, “I work in the gaming industry!” – how cool is that?
- Managers and teams who genuinely care about you – not just as an employee, but as a person. We value who you are, your well-being and your personal growth.
- A collaborative, inclusive environment where diverse perspectives are truly valued and every team member is empowered to contribute, innovate and grow. With open communication, involvement in decision-making, cross-functional teamwork and access to both personal and professional development resources, you’ll have the support to thrive.
- An international environment, connecting with colleagues and customers worldwide, including Norway, India and the US.
- Work-Life Balance – We get it, life happens! Whether it's errands, appointments, mental offloading or family time, you get the flexibility to shape your schedule.
- A work culture built on our core values: We go above and beyond (“Extra-Ordinary”), we put people first (“Human-Centric”), we stay dedicated (“Committed”), we communicate openly (“Clear & Transparent”) and we always do the right thing (“Integrity”)
