Lead Software Engineer

What You Will Get To Do:

• Create, develop and support advanced software products within Pharmacy Domain
• Collaborate with Product owners, Scrum masters to understand business requirements and together translate them into viable solution
• Search and propose solutions using the newest technologies. Help your team grow and think of ways to make solutions scalable and future-proof
• Ensure code quality and maintainability by thorough testing, tackling technological debt, conducting code reviews, and refactoring
• You continuously improve your skills to adapt to new situations, and always deliver the highest quality results
• You have a pro-active attitude; you speak up about your ideas and like working with a team
• You will get to work on end to end technology to be always a FULL stack developer

What You Will Bring:

• 12+ years of Pharmacy Software product development experience as Full Stack developer using Spring Framework/Spring Boot, Angular
• A solid foundation in object-oriented and cloud native design.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular)
• Experience in writing HTTP services in higher-level languages (e.g. Java/Spring).
• Experience with relational and document databases (e.g. PostGress).
• Experience learning new open source software, APIs and frameworks.
• Exposure to automated testing, modern CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Familiar with Git, JIRA and agile methodologies.
