The Solutions division supports the proposal of Salesforce's cloud solutions from both business and technical perspectives. This role involves collaborating with sales to understand customer business challenges, plan solutions, create and present demos, and propose a vision. The position focuses on B2C companies in Kansai, with team members specializing in industries like consumer goods, retail, pharmaceuticals, transportation, gaming, hospitality, and construction/real estate, aiming to deepen industry expertise and achieve customer success through direct business proposals.
Must have:
  • Proposing solutions to B2C industry customers
  • Formulating solutions for customer business challenges and needs
  • Supporting future systemization planning
  • Creating and executing customized demos for key challenges
  • Preparing proposals focused on solution design and implementation plans
  • Creating various sales materials
  • Developing industry-specific solution maps, demos, and proposal templates
  • Supporting marketing activities through presentations and demonstrations
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM/solution proposal or SI/PM/IT consulting in B2C
  • 5+ years of experience in demo development/customization
  • Architecture design skills
  • Ability to learn new technologies and products
  • Strong curiosity
  • Ability to work proactively and independently
  • Ability to enjoy challenges positively
Good to have:
  • Experience proposing digital marketing, e-commerce, and CDP products

The Solutions division supports the proposal of our cloud solutions from both business and technical perspectives. Together with sales, they listen to customer business challenges, plan solutions, create and present demos, and propose a vision to customers.

This position broadly covers B2C companies in Kansai, with each team member specializing in an industry for proposal activities. They handle a wide range of accounts including consumer goods, retail, pharmaceuticals, transportation, gaming, hospitality, and construction/real estate. The appeal of this team is the opportunity to deepen industry expertise by working with leading B2C companies from Kansai in industries you are familiar with as a consumer.

We are looking for applicants who want to achieve customer success through proposals directly linked to customer business and management challenges, and those who love cutting-edge technology.

  • Although the customers are in Kansai, residence is not an issue if you can handle it on a business trip basis.

Role Description

  • Solution proposal activities targeting B2C industry customers.
  • Formulation of solutions for customer business challenges and needs, and support for planning future systemization.
  • Creation and execution of customized demos as concrete images of solutions for key challenges.
  • Preparation of proposals focusing on solution design and implementation plans.
  • Creation of various sales materials.
  • Leveraging know-how gained from proposal activities to create industry-specific solution maps, industry-specific demos, and proposal templates.
  • Support for marketing activities through presentations and demonstrations at seminars and events.

Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in solution proposal activities including CRM for customers in the B2C industry, OR experience in SI proposal activities, project manager/leader, or IT consulting in the above solution areas.
  • 5+ years of experience in demo development/customization in the above solution areas.
  • Architecture design skills to analyze requirements and define system structure and components.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and products, strong curiosity.
  • Ability to work proactively/independently.
  • Ability to enjoy challenges positively without fear of failure.

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience proposing digital marketing, e-commerce, and CDP products.
  • English proficiency (customer presentations, demos, objection handling, etc.).
  • Experience presenting/demonstrating at seminars and events.
