Requirements and responsibilities

What you’ll do

• Design, prototype & specify UX/UI in static and dynamic ways.
• Simplify technical complexity into a logical information architecture
• Exceptional portfolio, with focus on UX and UI design for web, web-apps, mobile web and mobile native OSs
• Work independently and pro-actively manage design tasks and projects.

What you'll bring:

• At least 8 years of experience as a UX Designer, Creative Director or similar role
• Excellent UX and UI design skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to moderate and find solutions between multiple stakeholders
• Fluency in best practices for UX design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques
• Excellent problem-solving skills, open to proactively understand and navigate complex technical dependencies
• Good general experience in typography and data visualization.
• Strong technical knowledge of how web/mobile-based technologies apply to design.

Strong knowledge of web and mobile paradigms on various platforms and screen sizes

• A high level of proficiency in standard UX design software tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite

Nice to have:

• Experience with front-end technologies (CSS, HTML5) a plus
• Experience working on B2B products and not afraid of technically complex solutions.
• BA/BS degree in Interface Design, Communications Design or Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or equivalent professional experience
