Azure DevOps Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Azure DevOps Architect with 8-10 years of experience to design, implement, and optimize cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure. This role is critical for our cloud migration and SaaSification journey, requiring deep expertise in Azure services, multi-tenancy, automation, and governance. The architect will define cloud strategies, lead infrastructure design, and provide hands-on guidance to engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and cost-efficient SaaS platforms, ensuring compliance and performance standards are met.

Must Have

• Define and implement Azure cloud architecture to support SaaS-based applications.
• Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) adoption using Terraform.
• Architect solutions covering Containers, Kubernetes, App Services, Blobstore, Networking, ExpressRoute, Load balancers.
• Design SaaS multi-tenancy architectures.
• Implement Backup, Disaster Recovery, Multi-region and Multi-zone deployments.
• Ensure high availability, resilience, and failover strategies.
• Establish governance and monitoring practices leveraging App Insights, Azure Monitoring, Security Center, Sentinel, Defender, Key Vault, Application Config, Policies.
• Partner with development, QA, and operations teams to build secure CI/CD pipelines and automate release processes.
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, performance, and cost-efficiency standards.
• Mentor DevOps engineers and act as a trusted technical advisor across teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align cloud strategy and architecture roadmaps with business objectives.
• 8–10 years of proven experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, and Architecture.
• Strong expertise in Azure services.
• Proficiency with Terraform (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep knowledge of cloud networking, identity & access management, and security controls.
• Strong scripting/automation skills (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
• Experience with App Insights, Monitoring, Security Center, Sentinel, Defender, Key Vault, Application Config, and Policies.
• Proven expertise in cost optimization, FinOps practices, and governance frameworks.

Good to Have
