DevOps Engineer

Moon Active is seeking a talented and experienced DevOps Engineer to join their team in the Warsaw office. This role involves working on highly scalable gaming backend systems and a massive data processing pipeline, ensuring optimal performance and infrastructure scaling. The engineer will be responsible for building and maintaining cloud infrastructure, managing container platforms, automating CI/CD, and ensuring security and compliance.

Must Have

• Build and maintain Cloud infrastructure, tools and services (GCP, AWS, Cloudflare)
• Container platform operations (GKE)
• CI/CD automation management (GitHub, ArgoCD)
• Security and compliance management (IAM, infrastructure, network, GKE and middleware)
• System observability
• Incident management
• Cloud cost management
• Disaster recovery and business continuity
• 4+ years experience as DevOps/SysAdmin engineer
• Experience with cloud providers such as GCP, AWS, Azure
• Experience with containerized environments and microservices (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with IaC tools (terraform, crossplane, ansible, etc.)
• Experience with scripting fundamentals (Python, Bash, Ruby, Lua or similar)
• In-depth knowledge of version control systems, build/release systems, CI/CD systems (Git, Fastlane, Github Actions, etc.)
• Hands on experience with Unix based systems
• Understanding of monitoring and logging tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK or similar)
• Fluency in English

Good to Have

• SW development experience (Golang, Java)
• GitOps, Helm and Kustomize experience
