Job Summary
This role involves operating and supervising production lines in a dynamic, highly automated industrial site. Key responsibilities include ensuring smooth production, regulating line operations, performing first-level maintenance, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is reactive, versatile, autonomous, a good communicator, and capable of working in a team.
Must Have
- Operate the assigned production line(s)
- Ensure the production program runs smoothly
- Regulate and ensure proper functioning of the production line
- Supervise all line activities and perform controls
- Perform first-level maintenance on the line
- Participate in continuous improvement missions
- Be reactive and versatile
- Demonstrate autonomy in tasks
- Be able to work in pairs or teams
- Be a good communicator with strong interpersonal skills
