Job Description
We are seeking a Linehaul Supervisor in Balikpapan. The role involves managing linehaul KPI performance, customer service, and safety driving in the most effective and efficient way. Responsibilities include managing resources such as petty cash, vehicles, and drivers, ensuring security and feasibility within the region, and maintaining the accuracy of vehicle assets. The supervisor will also coordinate with vendors and users on all vehicle management matters. A strong understanding of Microsoft Office, fleet management, and leadership skills are essential.

Must Have:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
- 1 year of experience
- Microsoft Office skills
- Fleet management skills

- Logistics/freight forwarding/courier experience
