Ninja Xpress is seeking an HRIS & Personnel Management Supervisor to manage HRIS data, particularly within SAP. This role involves compiling and administering new hire information, uploading contracts, updating termination details, ensuring offboarding administration completeness, processing monthly PMND, and generating ad-hoc reports. The ideal candidate will have experience in HRIS system maintenance and strong data entry skills.
Must Have:
Compile and administer new hire information into SAP
Upload employee contracts and permanency letters into SAP
Input and update employee termination details in SAP
Compile and collect termination information
Ensure completeness of employee offboarding administration
Process monthly PMND based on Compensation and Benefits team data
Provide monthly ad-hoc reports as requested by users
Update approval workflow based on tickets and ensure data verification by HRBP
Bachelor's degree in related fields
Minimum 2 years experience maintaining Personnel Management HRIS System
Skill in performing quality data entry
Knowledge of Human Resources Information System (SAP preferable)
Knowledge of database maintenance basic concepts
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivery of quality/accurate work
