Job Summary
As a Senior Monetization Manager within the Howrse team (web and mobile equestrian breeding and management game), you will work under the responsibility of the Producer and in close collaboration with local production and headquarters teams. You will be responsible for the game's monetization strategy, acting as a strategic partner, ensuring commercial performance and global consistency of live operations. Your missions will include building and optimizing the Live Ops structure, defining commercial offers, monitoring hard currency circulation, and collaborating with various teams to implement planned operations and optimize advertising revenue.
Must Have
- Build, plan, and optimize the Live Ops structure for annual commercial performance.
- Define format and content of commercial offers, adapting schedules to objectives.
- Monitor hard currency circulation and adjust offers based on observed performance.
- Ensure production of planned operations with Development, Design, Tech, Art, and Community Management teams.
- Regular reporting to Producer and HQ.
- Collaborate with AdMon experts to define and execute advertising revenue optimization strategy.
- Challenge existing processes to modernize Live Ops practices (segmentation, A/B testing).
- Act as a strategic partner to Design, Tech, and Art teams to prioritize features based on acquisition and monetization stakes.
- Confirmed experience as Monetization Manager or Live Ops Manager in video games (mobile/web).
- Experience in monetization and/or user acquisition management for high-stakes commercial games.
- Comfort collaborating with multidisciplinary and international teams.
- Strong knowledge in product strategy, marketing data analysis, Live Operations, and monetization optimization.
- Proficiency in analytical tools and performance indicators (KPI, LTV, ARPDAU).

As Senior Monetization Manager, you will be responsible for the game's monetization strategy. You will act as a true strategic partner, guaranteeing commercial performance and the overall consistency of live operations.
Your missions related to managing the game's monetization will be as follows:
- Build, plan, and optimize the Live Ops structure that drives the project's annual commercial performance.
- Define the format and content of commercial offers and adapt schedules according to objectives.
- Monitor the circulation of hard currency and adjust offers based on observed performance.
- Ensure the production of planned operations with the Development, Design, Tech, Art, and Community Management teams.
- Provide regular reporting to the Producer and HQ.
- Collaborate with headquarters AdMon experts to define and execute an advertising revenue optimization strategy (mobile and web).
- Challenge existing processes to modernize Live Ops practices (segmentation, A/B testing, etc.).
- Finally, you will play a strategic partner role with the Design, Tech, and Art teams to guide feature prioritization by integrating acquisition and monetization challenges.
Qualifications
Relevant Experience
- Confirmed experience in a Monetization Manager or Live Ops Manager position in the video game industry, ideally on mobile and web projects.
- Experience in managing monetization and/or user acquisition on games with high commercial stakes.
- Comfort collaborating with multidisciplinary and international teams.
Skills and Knowledge
- Strong knowledge in product strategy, marketing data analysis, Live Operations, and monetization optimization.
- Proficiency in analytical tools and performance indicators (KPI, LTV, ARPDAU, etc.).
- Excellent communication, sense of collaboration, and ability to unite teams around common goals.
- Strong interest in dynamic environments, taking initiative, and product curiosity.

Recruitment Process
[30 min]: phone call with a Recruiter.
[60 min]: technical interview with the VP Product, Growth Director, and Producer of the Howrse game.
[60 min]: Interview with the Lead Game Designer and Associate Producer of the Howrse game.
