This role involves managing the long-term operation and functional needs of the project. You will organize existing feature configurations and implementations, and contribute to the design and implementation of new features. Daily tasks include acting as a liaison between game designers, operations specialists, and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and project execution. The position requires strong English reading and writing skills for extensive use in daily work.

Job Introduction

Based on the long-term operation and functional requirements of the overall project, you will be responsible for organizing the configuration and implementation methods of existing functions, and participating in the design and implementation of new functions. In daily work, you will be responsible for communicating with game designers, operations specialists, and technical staff, acting as a bridge. The work requires extensive use of English for reading and writing, so a certain level of English reading and writing ability is required.

Responsibilities

  • Organize the configuration and implementation of core gameplay elements such as operators, firearms, and props within the engine and backend.
  • Organize and design the configuration and implementation of challenge-related features within the engine and backend, ensuring sustainable operation.
  • Organize and design the configuration and implementation of operational activity modes within the engine and backend, ensuring sustainable operation.
  • Responsible for the configuration design and implementation of new system functions, ensuring sustainable operation, maintenance, and flexible configuration.
  • Communicate requirements with designers, operations personnel, and technical staff to ensure smooth implementation and continuous operational iteration.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of operations planning experience (technical-oriented), with complete participation in a successfully launched and continuously operated game project.
  • Familiarity with common game engines such as Unreal, Unity, and in-depth understanding of at least one.
  • At least in-depth experience with one competitive shooting game.
  • Good communication skills, able to collaborate constructively with others even in complex situations.
  • Solid English reading and writing skills.
