LiveOps Specialist - Monopoly Go!

Scopely is looking for a LiveOps Specialist to join our Monopoly Go! team in the US (East Coast) on a remote basis.

Monopoly Go! is our new casual game and a key franchise that has just become one of Scopely’s largest games enjoyed by millions of players. The team is based in Europe and the US, and works every day to create captivating new experiences for our players.

What You Will Do

• Execute LiveOps campaigns using bespoke in-house tools
• Work with other teams to test functionality pre-release to ensure error-free execution
• Monitor the live events and investigate any issues
• Manage customer communication channels (in-app messages & push notifications) using relevant segmentation for maximum impact
• Manage the AB testing setups
• Improve processes and raise tool or feature improvement requests
• Collaborate on tasks and projects with teams based in Spain and the United States - including Production, QA, Art and Economy

What We’re Looking For

• An ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders, from QA to analytics to art to product
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• An ability to own, build and iterate functions and processes
• An ability to proactively identify risks and make changes when necessary with an appropriate sense of urgency
• Problem-solving skills and an ability to apply logical thinking to encountered issues to find workarounds when necessary
• Customer-centric approach and passion for improving the player experiences
• To be detail-oriented with focus on delivering results
• Good technical skills and ability to use high complexity tools or programs (previous QA, programming or IT experience is desirable)
• An interest in games, particularly mobile games is a plus!
• Creativity. You’ll have to make the leap from understanding what’s going on to brainstorming ways to improve it. Ultimately, success is about implementing campaigns and events that have a big impact on our users

For candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY and WA, the annual salary range is $66,400 - $109,000, plus equity, bonus and benefits including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time-off. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
