LOADER - JUNDIAÍ
Arrange (place, organize) cardboard boxes containing client documents in pre-defined locations according to established rules and retrieve them based on received requests, for the purpose of searching and locating documents, serving internal client requests. Responsible for supplying boxes and documents for the smooth functioning of the operation.
1. Transport boxes, by available means (carts or manually), to archive, route, or research locations, handling them as needed or requested;
2. Search and locate document boxes, according to the SKP system. After research, return these volumes to the initial location;
3. Fill daily activity reports (OPLOG form), according to IMB models and procedures, for evaluation and control of individual and department production;
4. Ensure that all used volumes and supports are preserved in their initial conservation conditions;
5. Respect safety norms and procedures and the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) provided by the company and workplace hygiene established for their area of operation;
6. When there are no direct tasks, they may assist other departments.
