As a Logistics Analyst for the Manufacturing team in Buenos Aires, you will oversee logistics operations including receiving, warehousing, and shipping products to secure digital lives. Your role involves identifying improvement opportunities in primary functions, managing documentation, coordinating with various teams for timely deliveries, and resolving issues. You will also learn about Secure Logistics procedures and ensure operational compliance.
Must have:
  • Oversee logistics operations including receiving, warehousing, and shipping products.
  • Identify improvement opportunities in receiving, storage, picking, issuing, and shipping.
  • Manage documentation procedures for logistics operations based on ERP information systems.
  • Coordinate with Customs Brokers, Customer Service, Planning, and Production teams for timely product delivery.
  • Identify and initiate action to resolve issues and prevent non-conformity related to product, process, and quality systems.
  • Learn about Secure Logistics procedures for Valuable and Vulnerable cargo.
  • Initiate, recommend, and provide solutions through designated channels.
  • Ensure operational practices are in compliance with company requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Degree in a logistics-related field or currently pursuing one.
  • Experience in contact with a customs broker or in a fast-paced manufacturing/logistic warehouse environment.
  • Team player with a dynamic personality.
  • Strong interpersonal communicator.
  • Independent and able to work under pressure.
Good to have:
  • Knowledge with Oracle and ERP, Power BI and IA applications.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese.

Main responsibilities

  • You will identify improvement opportunities in the primary functions of receiving, storage, picking, issuing and shipping.
  • You will manage documentation procedures for logistics operations based on ERP information systems.
  • You will coordinate with the Customs Brokers, Customer Service, Planning and Production teams for the timely delivery of products to end customers.
  • You will identify and initiate action to resolve issues and prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity related to the product, process and quality systems.
  • You will learn about Secure Logistics procedures for Valuable and Vulnerable cargo
  • You will initiate, recommend and provide solutions through designated channels.
  • You will ensure that operational practices are in compliance with the company requirements.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Microsoft Office and a special orientation to watch for details and review documents.
  • Knowledge with Oracle and ERP, Power BI and IA applications would be a plus but not mandatory
  • Must be fluent in English, Portuguese is a plus.
  • We would like someone to join our team who is a team player with a dynamic personality, a strong interpersonal communicator, independent and able to work under pressure.
  • You must have a degree in a logistics related field or in course to have it.
  • We are looking for someone with some experience in contact to a customs broker, a fast-paced manufacturing or logistic warehouse environment.
