About the role:
As a Management Trainee - Talent Acquisition, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for the organization. You will work closely with the HR team and business leaders to ensure a smooth hiring process and bring in candidates who align with our company’s culture and goals. This role is ideal for MBA freshers looking to build a career in HR and talent management.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Recruiting: Identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions in IT and Non – IT through job portals, social media, networking, and recruitment agencies.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screenings, assess qualifications, and schedule interviews for hiring managers.
- Collaborating with Hiring Managers: Work with department heads to understand hiring needs, job descriptions, and required qualifications.
- Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process of new hires, including preparing documentation and ensuring smooth integration into the company.
- Job Postings: Write compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards and platforms to attract the right candidates.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company's brand on various platforms to enhance its image and attract top talent.
- Data Management: Maintain an organized database of candidates, track recruitment metrics, and generate reports on hiring progress.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies in all recruitment activities.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future job openings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification: MBA in Human Resources or related fields (Fresher or with internship experience).
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage and track candidate data accurately.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using recruitment software, job boards, and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external recruitment partners.
