About Business Unit

Utilizing advanced analytics, the company offers services in rights management, ticketing, sponsorship sales, content creation, and strategy consulting.
Roles and Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of mobile engineers, fostering collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.
- Oversee the end-to-end mobile app development lifecycle, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
- Partner with product managers to define mobile product vision and align with business and user goals.
- Set the technical direction for mobile initiatives, driving best practices in architecture, coding, and process.
- Collaborate with design, QA, and backend teams to deliver cohesive, scalable mobile solutions.
- Mentor engineers, promote professional growth, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Stay ahead of emerging mobile technologies and integrate new tools and methods where beneficial.
- Contribute to strategic decisions around mobile technology stack and frameworks to enhance performance and capabilities.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or similar leadership role in mobile software development.
- Strong technical background in iOS, Android, and cross-platform frameworks (e.g., Flutter, React Native).
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills; ability to inspire and nurture talent.
- Track record of delivering high-quality mobile applications with exceptional UX and performance.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset with a focus on scalability and maintainability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
- A genuine passion for sports and interest in creating impactful fan experiences.
