The company seeks a Manager, B2B Sales to drive business growth by acquiring and retaining clients, utilizing value-based selling to understand and solve client needs. Responsibilities include identifying and converting leads, maintaining client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating deals, and collaborating with internal teams like Solutions, Transport, and Project Management. Must have:

The role of a B2B salesperson is crucial in driving our business forward as we expand our presence in the B2B offline segment. By rethinking and applying technology to our clients' distribution networks, transportation, and warehousing, we aim to enhance efficiency and achieve significant cost savings for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition and Retention
  • Identify and Acquire potential B2B clients and develop sales tactics to convert leads into closed won
  • Utilise value-based selling methodology to diagnose clients' requirements by identifying the client's problems, impact to client and possible solutions for clients
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and increase wallet share within timeline
  • Product Knowledge and Demonstration
  • Maintain in depth knowledge of the company's products and services and use them to help solve client's requirements and needs
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiation and Closing Deals
  • Negotiate contract or quotation terms and conditions with clients to close sales deals.
  • Ensure that sales agreements are beneficial for both the client and the company.
  • Customer Support and Problem Resolution
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Act as a liaison between the client and the company to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams
  • Work closely internally with Solutions, Transport and Project Management Teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales, resulting in high conversion rate of sales
  • Share client feedback with relevant departments to help improve products and services.

Requirement

  • A minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience in selling services or solutions to businesses in any field. Experience in selling logistics services or solutions will be highly advantageous.
  • Bachelor degree in any field
  • Ability to comprehend client business operations and needs to effectively close sales.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with all organizational levels, both internally and externally.
  • Exceptional pitching and presentation skills to capture and retain client interest.
  • Strong logical and analytical skills to effectively quantify and communicate cost savings to clients.
  • Passionate, Intellectually Curious, posses Adaptive and Independent learning
  • Native Thai
  • English TOEIC score of at least 650
