Job Description

We are seeking a Manager of Channel, Demand, and Lifecycle to lead the strategy and execution of our demand generation engine. This role involves connecting email, social, paid, web, and lifecycle marketing into a cohesive system to drive predictable pipeline and long-term customer engagement. You will manage social media, paid media, and lifecycle marketing teams, collaborating with web development, global marketing, and external agencies to deliver measurable funnel performance.
Good To Have:
  • Experience with B2B2C models or Software as a Service (SaaS) and Hardware enabled SaaS.
  • HubSpot certification is strongly preferred, and other email/lifecycle certifications are a plus.
  • A passion for sports and athlete communities.
Must Have:
  • 8–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, lifecycle, or growth marketing, with a focus on connecting multiple channels.
  • Direct people leadership experience with a record of building and mentoring teams, adept at coaching and guiding marketers.
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce, able to design complex nurture and automation programs.
  • Analytical mindset and confident in funnel reporting, cohort analysis, and optimization, providing data-driven insights to leadership.

Your Role

We’re looking for a Manager of Channel, Demand, and Lifecycle to lead the strategy and execution of our demand generation engine. You’ll connect email, social, paid, web, and lifecycle marketing into one cohesive system that drives predictable pipeline and long-term customer engagement. This role manages our social media team, paid media manager, and lifecycle marketing manager, and works in close partnership with our web development team, global marketing team and external freelancers and agencies. You’ll report to the Director of Marketing Operations and work closely with department leadership—including business unit (BU) marketing directors, sales, and the VP of Marketing—to deliver measurable funnel performance.

This role requires 3 days in the Lincoln office per week. We're currently considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of our headquarters in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Must-Haves

  • Experienced in B2B SaaS Demand Generation. You have 8–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, lifecycle, or growth marketing, with a focus on connecting multiple channels.
  • A strong people leader. You have direct people leadership experience with a record of building and mentoring teams, and you’re adept at coaching and guiding marketers.
  • A systems expert. You have deep expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce, able to design complex nurture and automation programs.
  • Analytical. You have an analytical mindset and are confident in funnel reporting, cohort analysis, and optimization, providing data-driven insights to leadership.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Domain experience. Experience with B2B2C models or Software as a Service (SaaS) and Hardware enabled SaaS is a plus.
  • Relevant credentials. HubSpot certification is strongly preferred, and other email/lifecycle certifications are a plus.

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is displayed below—starting salaries will typically fall near the middle of this range.

We make compensation decisions based on an individual's experience, skills and education in line with our internal pay equity practices.

This role will also be eligible for a long-term incentive (LTI) award. Any bonuses awarded are based on individual and company performance paid at our discretion.

Base Salary Range

$84,000 - $140,000 USD
