The role focuses on driving value for customers through proactive delivery and engagement.

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, .NET, React, and Next.js.
  • Familiarity with digital experience platforms.
  • Background in SaaS, cloud-native architecture, and composable platform delivery.
  • Experience designing scalable, customer-focused technical solutions.
  • Working knowledge of systems like Salesforce, FinancialForce, or ServiceNow.

About the Role:
Sitecore is experiencing spectacular growth all over the world.  To build on Sitecore’s success and growth, we are looking for a skilled Manager, Customer Value Realization to join our Professional Services team. This role is instrumental in delivering customer success, growing technical talent and driving services revenue through strategic engagements.

The Manager, Customer Value Realization, will manage a team of solution consultants and architects and collaborate with Project Managers and Customer Success Managers as well as Sales, Support, Engineering and interface externally with Customers and Partners to achieve our goals. This role combines management and technical knowledge with the skills to work directly with our customers and help implement high quality Sitecore solutions to support their individual business needs. This role focuses on the development of enterprise level web applications built on our newest generation of Sitecore products. The right candidate will have a passion for solving unique business problems and a willingness to work collaboratively and embrace new technologies.
 
What You will Do:
  • Team leadership and coaching – Coach and lead a team of highly skilled consultants and architects, while driving accountability for customer success and operational performance
  • Strategic team management – Manage a team of up to 6 consultants supporting strategic customers across enterprise and upper mid-market segments
  • Capability development – Grow the technical expertise of the team across Sitecore’s full portfolio of products and services
  • Delivery oversight – Ensure team members are driving consumption and delivering value through proactive delivery management
  • Hands-on engagement and enablement – Participate in projects as a consultant, support onboarding of new talent, and contribute to cross-functional enablement
  • Customer engagement coordination – Collaborate with team leads, customer success managers and project managers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
  • Resource and utilization planning – Regularly review team allocations to ensure optimal utilization as a key performance metric
  • Services go-to-market alignment – Synchronize with team leads and other roles to develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for services
  • Sales partnership – Partner with services sales to drive services attach and package adoption in your region
  • Business development – Participate or lead business development activities, collaborating with sales representatives and internal stakeholders
  • Offerings and GTM awareness – Maintain awareness of services offerings and strategic priorities to align delivery with business goals
What You Need to Succeed:
  • Proven experience leading high-performing services teams in SaaS, cloud or digital platform environments
  • Strong communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills across technical and business contexts
  • Ability to translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions and delivery strategies
  • Deep understanding of Sitecore or comparable digital experience platforms, with a focus on best practice adoption
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes and long-term customer value
  • Familiarity with modern professional services models, including subscription-based and outcome-driven engagements
Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:
  • Experience working with Microsoft Azure, .NET, React, and Next.js
  • Familiarity with digital experience platforms (CMS, DAM, CDP, commerce) and composable products such as XM Cloud, Content Hub, CDP, Search or OrderCloud 
  • Background in SaaS, cloud-native architecture, and composable platform delivery
  • Experience designing scalable, customer-focused technical solutions
  • Working knowledge of systems like Salesforce, FinancialForce, or ServiceNow for project and operational workflows
