Manager, Data Science and Analytics

This role is for a Manager, Data Science and Analytics in the Innovation team, requiring over 10 years of experience with at least 3 years in leading ML teams. The position focuses on NLP, Deep Learning, and GenAI, including LLM tuning, AI Agents, and RAG pipelines. Candidates should be proficient in Python, PyTorch, SparkML, LangGraph/LangChain, and cloud platforms like GCP. The role is hybrid, based in Pune, India, and involves contributing to TransUnion's mission of providing information for good.

Must Have

• 10+ years of experience, with 3+ years leading ML teams
• Experience with NLP & Deep Learning with production grade deployment
• Proficiency with GenAI toolkit: LLMs (Tuning, Evaluation, Guardrails), AI Agents & Workflows, RAG pipelines
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, SparkML, LangGraph/LangChain
• Experience with Relational & Vector DB
• GCP cloud experience

Good to Have

• Experience in Credit industry
• Experience in Fintech industry
• Experience in Consulting industry
