Job Summary

As a Manager in Experience Strategy, you will oversee the delivery of innovative, data-driven strategies that help life sciences companies modernize how they engage healthcare professionals, patients, and payers. You’ll serve as the bridge between strategic design and operational execution—ensuring experience frameworks are actionable, measurable, and tightly aligned with client business objectives. This role combines strategic thinking, client engagement, and project leadership, guiding teams in translating insights into omnichannel strategies, managing delivery excellence, and supporting the growth of Beghou’s Experience Strategy practice.

Must Have

  • Lead day-to-day delivery of client engagements
  • Manage workstreams designing and implementing omnichannel experience strategies
  • Collaborate with Associate Partners to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
  • Synthesize data and insights into actionable experience blueprints and activation roadmaps
  • Facilitate client workshops and internal sessions
  • Partner with analytics and data science teams for measurable success metrics
  • Develop and deliver polished presentations
  • Coach and mentor junior team members
  • At least 8 years of experience in customer engagement, omnichannel strategy, or digital marketing
  • Proven success leading cross-functional projects and managing client relationships
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Experience translating insights into frameworks and strategic recommendations
  • Familiarity with data platforms, CRM systems, and omnichannel orchestration tools
  • Bachelor’s degree

As a Manager in Experience Strategy, you will oversee the delivery of innovative, data-driven strategies that help life sciences companies modernize how they engage healthcare professionals, patients, and payers. You’ll serve as the bridge between strategic design and operational execution—ensuring experience frameworks are actionable, measurable, and tightly aligned with client business objectives.

This role combines strategic thinking, client engagement, and project leadership. You’ll guide teams in translating insights into omnichannel strategies, manage delivery excellence, and support the continued growth of Beghou’s Experience Strategy practice.

We'll Trust you to:

  • Lead day-to-day delivery of client engagements, managing workstreams that design and implement omnichannel experience strategies.
  • Collaborate with Associate Partners to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables that align to client goals.
  • Synthesize data and insights into actionable experience blueprints and activation roadmaps.
  • Facilitate client workshops and internal sessions to uncover customer needs and define requirements.
  • Partner with analytics and data science teams to ensure measurable success metrics are embedded in strategy design.
  • Develop and deliver polished presentations that translate complex findings into clear recommendations.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering analytical rigor and storytelling skills.
  • Contribute to building Beghou’s IP and internal knowledge base for Experience Strategy.

What you Bring:

  • At least 8 years of experience in customer engagement, omnichannel strategy, or digital marketing—ideally within life sciences or consulting.
  • Proven success leading cross-functional projects and managing client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with an ability to bridge business and technology.
  • Experience translating insights into frameworks and strategic recommendations.
  • Familiarity with data platforms, CRM systems, and omnichannel orchestration tools.
  • High comfort operating in fast-paced, collaborative consulting environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
