Job Summary

This role as a Global Business Manager involves managing local partners in the US, Japan, and Saudi Arabia, handling pricing and benchmark requirements, and overseeing all export operations including documentation, international shipping, and customs clearance. The manager will also be responsible for reviewing and maintaining compliance with country-specific regulations and certifications, as well as managing strategic material export permits. Key qualifications include 5-12 years of experience in export, trade, or sales, practical knowledge of international logistics, understanding of the AI/semiconductor industry, and business-level English.

Must Have

  • Manage local partners in the US, Japan, and Saudi Arabia, responding to local requirements like pricing and benchmarks.
  • Perform and manage overall export operations, including preparing export documents for overseas customers and partners, and managing international shipping and customs clearance.
  • Handle country-specific regulations and certification compliance, reviewing and obtaining/maintaining export regulations and certification requirements for major countries like the US, Middle East, and Japan.
  • Manage strategic materials, performing strategic material export permit procedures and processing non-commercial/free export cases such as Carnet and POC equipment.
  • 5-12 years of experience in export/customs/trade, overseas sales, or technical sales.
  • Practical knowledge of international logistics and customs processes (Incoterms, B/L, AWB, etc.).
  • Understanding of the overall AI/semiconductor industry.
  • Business-level English communication skills.

  • Possession of a logistics partner and customs office network.
  • Experience with special logistics such as overseas exhibitions or demo equipment import/export.

Responsibilities and Opportunities

  • Global Sales Support: Manage local partners in the US, Japan, and Saudi Arabia, and respond to local requirements such as Pricing and Benchmarks.
  • Perform and Manage Overall Export Operations: Prepare export documents for overseas customers and partners, and manage international shipping and customs clearance.
  • Country-specific Regulation and Certification Compliance: Review export regulations and certification requirements for major countries such as the US, Middle East, and Japan, and obtain/maintain them.
  • Strategic Material Management: Perform strategic material export permit procedures and process non-commercial/free export cases such as Carnet and POC equipment.

Key Qualifications
