The Partner Development Manager will identify, engage, and qualify new partners (VARs, MSSPs) aligning with strategic priorities. This role involves executing recruitment campaigns, managing inbound partner inquiries, and tracking recruitment funnel metrics. Key responsibilities include researching potential partners, supporting recruitment campaigns, managing the partner intake process, maintaining partner data, assisting in recruitment material development, collaborating on events, and monitoring competitor programs.

Must Have

The Partner Development Manager will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying new partners (VARs, MSSPs) who align with our strategic priorities. Working closely with the Channel Programs and Marketing teams, you’ll help execute recruitment campaigns, manage inbound partner inquiries, and track recruitment funnel metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential new partners based on market segment, region, and capability fit.
  • Support outbound and inbound partner recruitment campaigns, including email outreach, event follow-ups, and social engagement.
  • Manage the partner intake process — initial screening, scheduling intro calls, and routing qualified leads to the reviewing committee.
  • Maintain partner prospect data within our CRM or partner portal systems.
  • Assist in building and updating recruitment materials and partner pitch decks.
  • Collaborate with Partner Marketing to execute targeted partner recruitment events and webinars in key regions.
  • Track recruitment funnel performance and produce reports or dashboards showing progress and results.
  • Monitor competitor partner programs and summarize trends or opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (marketing, business, or communications preferred).
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent organization and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable interacting with partners professionally.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Zift.
  • Analytical curiosity — comfortable working with spreadsheets or data reports.
  • Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
