Job Description

Aledade is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead national and market-specific strategies for generating demand among employed physicians considering independent practice. This role involves developing and executing multichannel marketing efforts, digital campaigns, and audience engagement strategies to position Aledade's Turnkey model. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, digital lead generation, and go-to-market execution, thriving in a fast-moving environment. They will also manage external marketing vendors and support practices with marketing strategy and performance data.
Must have:
  • Develop and manage an integrated marketing mix including digital advertising, content marketing, webinars, email campaigns, and retargeting.
  • Build content-led campaigns articulating benefits of independent practice and value-based care.
  • Design and execute messaging strategies for employed physicians transitioning to independence.
  • Lead campaign A/B testing, audience optimization, and conversion tracking.
  • Build and execute national and state-level go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead market prioritization, audience segmentation, and tailored messaging strategies.
  • Own and track performance against KPIs related to marketing funnel, qualified leads, campaign conversion, and digital engagement.
  • Conduct market intelligence efforts to inform positioning, messaging, and content development.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the organization and marketing vendors.
  • Track timelines, project milestones, and issue resolution for practice marketing deliverables.
  • Coordinate intake forms, brand preferences, logo decisions, and marketing reviews.
  • Guide practices through core marketing decisions during launch.
  • Support practices in understanding patient acquisition strategies.
  • Offer recommendations for improving digital presence, patient communications, or review management.
  • Review marketing dashboards and reports with practices and help interpret key metrics.
  • Collaborate with account managers and implementation team members.
  • Identify trends, successes, or red flags in practice-level marketing data.
  • Work closely with communications, growth, legal, compliance, and design teams.
  • Partner with business development, implementation, and delivery teams.
  • Contribute to development of scalable playbooks, templates, and tools.
  • Track and share campaign performance and key growth KPIs with executive leadership.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 8–10 years of experience in growth marketing, digital strategy, or healthcare go-to-market leadership.
  • Proven success in building and executing inbound and content-led marketing strategies.
  • Strong grasp of multichannel campaign planning (SEO, paid search, paid social, email, lead nurturing).
  • Excellent understanding of audience segmentation and persona development.
  • Comfort working in a fast-growing, evolving environment with a mix of strategy and hands-on execution.

Job Details

Aledade is seeking a growth marketing contributor to drive national and market-specific strategies that generate demand among employed physicians considering independent practice. This role will lead the development and execution of multichannel marketing efforts, digital campaigns, and audience engagement strategies that position our Turnkey model as the best path to sustainable, independent primary care.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in marketing, digital lead generation, and go-to-market execution—and thrives in building structure in a fast-moving, early-stage environment. Healthcare marketing experience is a plus. This individual will also serve as the day-to-day liaison between practices and our external marketing vendor, helping to ensure timely execution of deliverables, guiding practices through marketing strategy, and helping them understand their performance data.

Primary Duties:

  • Channel Development & Growth Marketing:
  • Develop and manage a high-performing, integrated marketing mix that includes digital advertising (SEO, SEM, paid social, programmatic), content marketing, webinars, email campaigns, and retargeting to drive physician interest.
  • Build content-led campaigns that articulate the benefits of independent practice, the Turnkey model, and value-based care participation.
  • Design and execute messaging strategies that reflect the values and concerns of employed physicians navigating their transition to independence.
  • Lead campaign A/B testing, audience optimization, and conversion tracking in collaboration with internal and vendor marketing teams.
  • Build and execute national and state-level go-to-market strategies to drive brand awareness and demand among employed physicians in key markets.
  • Lead market prioritization, audience segmentation, and tailored messaging strategies based on local regulatory dynamics, payer environments, and value-based care readiness.
  • Own and track performance against KPIs related to marketing funnel performance, qualified inbound leads, campaign conversion, and digital engagement.
  • Conduct market intelligence efforts—including mapping competitive and health system landscapes—to inform positioning, messaging, and content development.
  • Practice-Level Marketing:
  • Vendor Management & Execution
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the organization and the marketing vendor, ensuring deliverables (websites, SEO, branding assets, etc.) are completed on time and meet expectations.
  • Track timelines, project milestones, and issue resolution related to each practice’s marketing deliverables.
  • Coordinate intake forms, brand preferences, logo decisions, and marketing reviews between vendors and practices.
  • Marketing Strategy & Practice Support
  • Guide practices through core marketing decisions during the launch process with vendor, including website structure, tone, branding, and local search presence.
  • Support practices in understanding patient acquisition strategies, both short- and long-term.
  • Offer recommendations for improving digital presence, patient communications, or review management.
  • Marketing Performance & Reporting
  • Review marketing dashboards and reports with each practice; help them interpret key metrics like SEO performance, online reviews, website traffic, and call-to-action engagement.
  • Collaborate with account managers and implementation team members to ensure marketing plans are aligned with overall practice growth goals.
  • Identify trends, successes, or red flags in practice-level marketing data and escalate as needed.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with communications, growth, legal, compliance, and design teams to ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and brand across all physician-facing assets.
  • Partner with business development, implementation, and delivery teams to ensure seamless handoffs from marketing-qualified lead to onboarding and launch.
  • Contribute to development of scalable playbooks, templates, and tools that support local growth efforts as new markets open.
  • Track and share campaign performance and key growth KPIs with executive leadership; iterate strategy based on results and market feedback.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 8–10 years of experience in growth marketing, digital strategy, or healthcare go-to-market leadership
  • Proven success in building and executing inbound and content-led marketing strategies
  • Strong grasp of multichannel campaign planning (SEO, paid search, paid social, email, lead nurturing)
  • Excellent understanding of audience segmentation and persona development—ideally with experience targeting clinicians or professionals in a B2C context
  • Comfort working in a fast-growing, evolving environment with a mix of strategy and hands-on execution

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Travel: 0-10%
